In order to register, we kindly ask you to fill in and submit the following registration form.
Please note that your registration will be complete only upon receipt of payment.

Registration and conference fees

Members	650 RON	700 RON
Non-members	700 RON	750 RON
Residents	500 RON	500 RON

This includes participation in Conference's scientific sessions, Conference Programme and Abstract Book and other materials, invitation to the social events, accommodation for 3 nights, lunches and dinners during the Conference.

Registration without accomodation: 400 RON. Includes all the above-mentioned activities, without accommodation.

150 RON for members and non-members and 100 RON for residents. Includes only the participation at the scientific sessions of the Conference. May be paid before May 15, 2012.

All participants will receive CME credits and Certificate of Attendance.
